Regional Housing Plan | The Data

Housing Data

Data is integral to the Merrimack Valley Regional Housing Plan project. MVPC is using a variety of data chartssources to establish a foundation for the plan, including:

  • US Census/American Community Survey
  • Local building and assessing departments
  • Registry of Deeds
  • School districts
  • State transportation, economic and workforce agencies
  • Federal agencies

During our first Regional Open House on May 24th, we presented some preliminary data on who is living in the region, where they are living, and income details for residents in the Merrimack Valley. Community-specific information for the municipalities that have conducted their Community Housing Needs Workshops can be found under the Get Involved tab.
