Aiming at vacant and underused properties, the Underutilized Properties Program will help redevelop these properties to improve economic development and housing production, while being mindful of the limitations of those with disabilities. This program is part of Community One Stop for Growth. Eligible applicants include municipalities, municipal agencies, economic development and industrial corporations, econominc development authorities, nonprofits, and for profit organizations. Applicants must have a letter of support from the municipalilty in which the proposed development is in for grant opportunities.
