Part of the Community One Stop for Growth, The Collaborative Workspace Program funds community efforts towards acceleration business development, job market rise, and entrepreneurial endeavors. This cover two types of grants, Fit-out and Seed. Fit-out grants are improvements to owned or leased buildings, and the equipment needed to make fixes. Seed grants are for predevelopment, as well as work done by third party consultants.
