Please join Northern Middlesex Council of Governments (NMCOG) for a free three-hour workshop on floodplain management.
Understanding what municipalities are required to do as part of FEMA’s National Flood Insurance Program is more timely than ever, as we enter the second half of the 2019 hurricane season. This workshop is an excellent opportunity to hear from state experts, and talk with your peers in conservation, planning, code enforcement, emergency management, and administration; as well as representatives from NMCOG, Merrimack Valley Planning Commission, and the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission.
