Commonwealth Places is an opportunity for communities to revitialize vacant or underused lots to help an area evolve to it’s fullest potential. The two types of grants attainable are Seed and Implementation grants. Seed grants are to enable community engagement and effort towards lot revitalization. Implementation grants are to be used to cover costs of physical assets and other services needed for a project to be completed.
