Last week MVPC and its partners hosted a successful webinar to help local manufacturers with their workforce recruitment and retention. The main portion of the event was a Q&A Panel with local workforce experts, including: Brian Norris, Executive Director of MassHire Merrimack Valley; Jonathan Isaacson, CEO of The Gem Group; and Walter Mena, Staff Director and Lead Organizer at the Merrimack Valley Project.

Over 25 local companies attended to hear about a variety of topics ranging from benefits that attract workers to new ideas for recruitment strategies and more.
