In keeping with our mission to encourage collaboration and cooperation among our 15 member communities, MVPC offers collective procurement services for a variety of offerings including roadway maintenance services, trash and recycling, utility and other environmental services. Our Mayors, Town Managers and Town Administrators along with the DPW Directors have taken full advantage of this benefit, which helps to achieve cost efficiencies and provide much-needed expertise in the complex realm of procurement.
Occasionally, MVPC requests proposals for professional and technical services to assist with regional planning work in support of its member communities.

April 2024 City of Amesbury Washington Landing Maritime Support Facility Redevelopment
Merrimack Valley Planning Commission (MVPC) is soliciting proposals on behalf of the City of Amesbury from qualified Engineering/Design firms with demonstrable experience in providing Waterfront engineering, design and permitting services for the development of the Washington Landing Maritime Support Facility.
