The Healey-Driscoll Administration has made a total of $11.5 million in grant funding available for low- and zero- emission vehicles and equipment projects that will help to reduce transportation emissions in Massachusetts. Administered by the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP), these grant programs will utilize $7.5 million from the VW settlement and $4 million from the Climate Protection and Mitigation Expendable Trust? (Climate Trust).
