This competitve grant program funds community planning projects in MBTA Communities that intend to imrpove housing, transportation, infrastructure, economic development, or community development. Communities with funds from the Housing Choice and Rural and Small Towns grant programs are also eligble for this opportunity. Part of the OneStop for Growth, this program typically accepts applications from April – June.
