MVPC at Waste Watchers Workshop

MVPC will be in attendance at a workshop geared towards collaborating solutions to address the State’s Towards Zero Waste (TWZ) Mandate to reduce solid waste with specific targets by 2030 and 2050.
The workshop is designed to provide information about the state mandate, potential enforcement and business development opportunities for the private sector and to brainstorm ways private businesses and institutions and citizen and faith groups can help ensure that the region promotes collaboration in developing actionable ideas and programs each community can implement to reduce their solid waste streams.
