Lawrence’s Merrimack River Shoreline Cleanup
Come together with your neighbors for a community shoreline cleanup along the Merrimack River! Every bag of trash collected helps protect local wildlife and keep our river healthy. All are welcome to join; your efforts will make the river an even better place to enjoy.

This event is part of the Merrimack River Cleanup Initiative; a partnership of municipalities and planning commissions focused on improving water quality and health of the River. Supported by Merrimack Valley Planning Commission and the Northern Middlesex Council of Governments, five communities are actively participating in this project: the Towns of Andover and Tyngsborough, and Cities of Haverhill, Lawrence, and Methuen.
