On February 26, 2025, MVPC Executive Director Jerrard Whitten and Deputy Director / Finance Director Jenifer Dunlap joined regional planning agencies and legislators from across the Commonwealth at the State House for DLTA Day.
This important event highlighted the impact of District Local Technical Assistance (DLTA) and the Grant Assistance Program (GAP)—both vital state-funded programs that support local communities through planning, economic development, and infrastructure improvements.
DLTA also helps cities and towns improve the efficiency and effectiveness of local services, and to work with their neighbors on planning, research, and services.
