The August numbers are in. This is the most dramatic drop to date in all fifteen of our communities. This is welcome news, particularly for the hardest hit communities of Lawrence, Methuen, and Haverhill.
The Massachusetts Unemployment rate dropped 4.9% and now sits at 11.2%
