The TIP is a Federally-mandated
document that programs Federal transportation funding in the region. The TIP
provides a brief description of each road or transit project along with
estimates of cost and the year that it will likely be advertised for
construction. Any transportation project that will use federal transportation
funds must be in the TIP. In addition, the MVMPOs Public
Participation Plan satisfies the Merrimack Valley Regional Transit Authoritys
public participation process for the development of its Program of Projects.
The
above referenced documents are available for review on the Merrimack Valley
Planning Commission (MVPC) website ( http://www.mvpc.org/news
