ASSESSOR AND PARCEL MAPS

Parcels maps are a fundamental resource for any community as it connects property boundaries to its surrounding landscape. Parcel maps, also known as assessment maps, serve as the basis for assessment of all property in the Merrimack Valley. We currently conduct annual updates for 12 of our 15 communities where each yearly update reflects new subdivisions, survey plans, and changes within a community. These maps can depict an extensive variety of layers such as: parcel lines, building footprints, easements, right of ways, hydrographic features,  flood plains, open space, contours, wetlands and more – anything that assists in planning efforts!
