You are invited to participate in an evaluation of transportation planning process of the MVMPO. The planning process in the Merrimack Valley region is carried out in collaboration with the Massachusetts Department of Transportation, theMerrimack Valley Planning Commission, and the Merrimack Valley Transit Authority.

Every four years, the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and Federal Transit Administration (FTA) are required by law to review the metropolitan transportation planning process conducted by theMerrimack Valley MPO and its partners in order to certify that they are carrying out the process in accordance with all applicable Federal requirements.

As part of this review, the FHWA and FTA would like to hear from members of the public regarding their views of how the metropolitan transportation planning process is conducted in the Merrimack Valley region. The Federal agencies are particularly interested in hearing from people who have participated in the planning process conducted by the MVMPO.
